The RCA process is simple:
1. We release a list of categories
2. You nominate your favorite pick for each category
3. We pick the top three nominees for each category
4. You vote for your Readers’ Choice Award winners
5. We throw a party to celebrate
So get thinking about some of your favorite places to eat, drink, hang out and more, because the RCA process begins this month.
We are releasing the category list this upcoming Wednesday in the magazine and online. Nominations will begin Monday, January 21 and end Thursday, January 31, then there’s the voting, which will happen February 4-22, and finally, after all that is done, we get to throw our party in March.
While the basic process is staying the same, we’re making some big changes this year with the RCAs, and we’re really excited.
