“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
–How the Grinch Stole Christmas, by Dr. Seuss
We all loved reading “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” by Dr. Seuss, it’s a Christmas story classic on par with “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Then in 2000, when Jim Carrey donned a green fuzzy outfit and brought the Christmas-stealing character to life, we fell in love with the movie as well. Now, as a special holiday treat, you and the family can see the movie for free at the Sandusky State Theatre this Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
