The Culinary Vegetable Institute (C.V.I) will be hosting their monthly Earth to Table dinner on December 15 at 6:30 p.m.

So what is an Earth to Table dinner? “An Earth to Table dinner is a monthly dinner our chefs prepare using seasonal vegetables that can be found in our chef garden. Each month is a different chef with different food found within the garden,” explained Katelyn Zemba, event coordinator.

December’s dinner is extra special because author Jody Eddy will be in attendance. Eddy will be talking about her experiences while traveling and writing her book, as well as signing autographs to those interested.

“For December’s Earth to Table dinner we will be hosting co-author of ‘Come In We’re Closed,’ Jody Eddy. The meal that will be served is influenced from the theme of her book, staff feeding. Her book is centered around the idea of meals chefs prepare for their employees,” said Zemba.

With only one hundred reserved seats, and only 40 spots still open, make sure to call C.V.I to reserve your seat today.
