“We will have live holiday music and wine pairings with food,” said Mac McLelland, co-owner of Quarry Hill Winery. “We will have all of our 14 wines available for tasting.”

Saxophonist Corey Pulich will perform live holiday music to guests as they sample the variety of wines that Quarry Hill Winery offers.
Some of these wines include their best seller Buckeye Red, fruit wines like cherry and raspberry and table wines like Riesling and Pinot Noir.
“We have picked foods that bring out the different flavors of each of these wines,” McLelland said. “Some of these foods include various cheeses, lobster bisque, smoked salmon, chicken salad and some desserts.”
This will be the first open house the winery has done since they added onto their property. The open house will actually take place in a new building on their property that was constructed in 2010.
“This will be a fun holiday event that everyone is invited to attend,” McLelland said. “If you need to do some last minute holiday shopping then this is the perfect event for you. It is also something fun to do with extended family you have in town for the holidays.”
Tickets to the event will be sold at the door and cost $15. It is estimated that over 100 people will attend this event, so it is advised to come early.
“If you haven’t been to our winery before we recommend you come check it out,” McLelland said. “We will have everything decorated and the fireplace lit, so come enjoy the holidays with us.”
