The Ohio State Marching Band performs this Friday

The Ohio State University marching band will be hosting a concert at Kalahari Resort at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, November 29 in their convention center.

“This will be the second time we have had the band here and are very excited to cheer on The Ohio State University,” said Kirstann Weber, marketing manager at Kalahari Resort. “We hope the community will take advantage of this great band and come support the Buckeyes.”

Last time this event took place was in 2009 and between 900 and 1,000 people attended. This year organizers hope even more people will attend.

The two-hour performance will feature The Ohio State University marching band’s top songs.

The performance may be one of the last times Buckeyes will get to see the band this year, as the football season will be wrapping up.

Proceeds from the event will also go to an OSU scholarship, so besides getting top entertainment, you will also be supporting a very worthy cause.

“It will be a really fun event and we are thrilled to be having it at our facilities,” Weber said. “So, come cheer on the Buckeyes and have some fun.”
