The Vermilion Township Fire Department will host it's open house and pancake breakfast on Sunday, October 12 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Activities include a life flight helicopter at 8:30 a.m.. an educational smokehouse for all ages, the life share blood mobile and an extrication model. 

The firehouse is located at 1907 State Route 60.
