If you find a good recipe, you tend to stick with it for a while.

One of the most basic - yet still profitable - recipes in Hollywood right now is to parody a bunch of different movies, throw all the scenes together wrapped around a nonsensical plot, attach the word "movie" to the end of the title so people are 100 percent sure what it is, and then stick it in theaters.

No couch potatoes!

Becoming and staying active is the idea behind the Northern Ohio-based outfit the Why Not Adventurers, which was loosely started roughly nine years ago by married couple Don May and Lois Nicholson of Copley (near of Akron).

"It's just people who like to do things and there's a lot of people like that," said May, a contractor by trade. "We just get together and think of things to do and go off and do it. Like last week we went cross-country skiing, and there were like 20 of us. Sometimes we go hiking. Some of us bike."
