The two movies are "Grown Ups,' and "Knight and Day.' I'll put 10 bucks on neither of them taking the top spot at the box office this weekend.

When we got to Kalahari around 4:30, the parking lot was packed but the restaurant wasn't yet (it was still a bit early for dinner). Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and we got set up right on the stage at the Reserve, which, if you hadn't heard, took the place of Kahunaville.

Kelleys Island has long been a symbol of summertime, and it is now also a symbol of hope for some very needy kids, as the Kelleys Island Winery prepares to host the 10th annual Horseshoe Tournament, a celebration of beer, brats and sunshine that benefits the local chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Beware! A fleet of pirate ships has been spotted in the area, and rumor has it that Put-in-Bay is in danger, with no help in sight, save the brave sailors aboard the US Brig Niagara. But have no fear, it's just the annual Put-in-Bay Pirate Fest.

This is a hilarious parody music video from 1989 that spoofs on the materialistic, vain, "have-it-all," showboating lifestyle. I absolutely love parody videos; it takes me back to the good 'ol days of Al Yankovic, or even when Eminem used to make funny music videos.
