Noon. Following the Oakland Cemetery Ceremony, the Perkins High School Band will go to Perkins Township Cemetery for a ceremony. Rev. John Adams will lead prayers. Also participating are Boy Scout Troop 83, American Legion Post 83 color guard, OVH honor guard, and Perkins Township trustee Timothy Coleman.
