9:30 a.m. A parade including the Margaretta High School marching band will begin at the Castalia Fire Station and proceed to the Veterans Memorial for a brief service with prayer, wreath-laying and music. Winners of the Thomas Neill WRC scholarships will read their essays on "What Memorial Day means to me."
