7 a.m. flag-raising ceremony for the largest masted American Flag in the United States at the Veterans of Foreign War Post; 8 a.m. Services at Woodlawn Cemetery; 9:30 a.m. A parade will begin at the old city barns on Woodlawn Avenue, and will proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery where services will take place. A luncheon at the American Legion Post will follow.
