Well, think again – the Festival of the Fish is equally loved, even if it’s not as well known. There will be queen and princess pageants, a pet parade, a crazy craft race, a lighted boat parade and tons more – just think of all that yummy food! Gather your family and meet your friends downtown at Schade-Mylander Plaza, where you can enjoy great live music, tasty food and brews and a beautiful view. Founder’s Day means great food and lots of fun. Island entertainment will perform a free concert from 12:30-2 p.m., and the Put-in-Bay Hog Roasters will provide a roast beef picnic lunch. Shop for fantastic bargains at one of the many sale tables and pick up information on area nonprofit groups.
