Treat your dad to some live acoustic country music this Father's Day.
Ridin' Sunday will be paying tribute to dads this Sunday with some classic country covers and some original tunes as part of the Fremont Concert in the Park series.
The band had actually decided to take this year off from performing, but made an exception to play in their hometown area. The locally-based band has members from Fremont, Republic, Risingsun and Clyde.
They must be pretty good musicians, too, since the band members have performed with on stage with country stars such as Tim McGraw, Tanya Tucker and Confederate Railroad, to name a few.
Ridin' Shotgun will be performing at 7 p.m. on the Birchard Park stage. The concert is free and open to the public.
So if dad is a country lover, pack up the lawn chairs and head to Fremont this Father's Day.
