African Safari Wildlife Park, 267 Lightner Road, Port Clinton, is a drive-through safari park. Tour the 100-acre preserve and visit hundreds of rare, exotic and endangered animals from around the world.
Full park is open daily, rain or shine, from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (last car at 6 p.m.) May 26-Sept. 3. Extended weekend dates May 12, 13, 19 and 20; and Sept. 8, 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23. Off-season hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (last car at 4 p.m.), weather permitting, March 23-May 25 and Sept. 4-Oct. 28.
Full park admission is $16.95 (7 years and older), $10.95 (ages 3-6) and free for children 2 and younger. Off season rates are $13.95 and $7.95. Group rates are available.
