Daly's Irish Pub in Sandusky and Shirt Shack in Sandusky are two of the many businesses that are ready for the big St. Patrick's Day weekend.
Daly's bar manager Ryan Brunow said the pub is beefing up its staff for the holiday. The celebration will include shot girls, beer troughs and a shot luge.
"We're trying to go above and beyond last year," he said. " ... We just want you to have a great St. Patrick's Day."
Kevin Pelz said Shirt Shack printed 14,000 shirts this year, which will be seen in Sandusky, but also as far away as Alaska. And, want to add a little more fun to your St. Patrick's Day garb, his shop sells Mardi Gras-style St. Patrick's Day beads.
