Friday, July 3

All-American July 4th Weekend
8:45 a.m.
Cedar Point, Sandusky
8:45-a.m. - The world-famous Singing Angels will perform the National Anthem and other patriotic songs at the Main Entrance
4:30 p.m. - The Backyard BBQ will be served in the Coral Courtyard
All Day - The Point Patrol will stop by various live entertainment venues to give away prizes.

Saturday, July 4

All-American July 4th Weekend
8:45 a.m.
Cedar Point, Sandusky
8:45 a.m. - The 122nd Ohio Army National Guard Band performs at the Main Entrance
9:00 a.m. - The Ohio Army National Guard Band performs the National Anthem
1:30 p.m. - The Ohio Army National Guard Band performs patriotic songs throughout the park
4:30 p.m. - The Backyard BBQ will be served in the Coral Courtyard
6:00 p.m. - The Ohio Army National Guard Band performs in front of the Hot Summer Lights screen
10:00 p.m. - The Cedar Point 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza
11:00 p.m. - Hot Summer Lights on the Iron Dragon Midway (special time today only)
All Day - The Point Patrol will stop by various live entertainment venues to give away prizes.

Lakeside Association Fourth of July Celebration
10 a.m.

Start the day off at 10 a.m. with the Children's Bike Parade followed by a full parade (approximately 10:30 a.m.).  From 6-8 p.m. enjoy the Bandstand Show at the Steele Memorial Bandstand. Close out your Saturday with a bang while watching the fireworks starting at 9:45 p.m.

Independence Day Concert
2 p.m.
Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center, Spiegel Grove, Fremont
Be part of a red, white and BOOM celebration. Civil War re-enactors join the gifted musicians of the Toledo Symphony Concert Band to perform a rousing concert of patriotic tunes and foot-tapping favorites. Cover your ears and hold onto your chair for the "1812 Overture" featuring cannon-fire accompaniment.

4th of July Party
5 p.m.

Two bands (Custom Metaphor and Generation Gap) plus wings, fireworks and more!

Red, White, & Blues Bang - Boppin on the Basin
6-11 p.m.
Huron Boat Basin & Amphitheater, Corner of Main St. & Cleveland Road. Featuring top blues artists.  Fireworks will conclude the evening at 10:15 p.m.

7-10 p.m.

Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra Freedom Concert
7 p.m.
Perry's Victory Visitor Center, Put-in-Bay
The Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra returns in 2009 for the annual Freedom Concert. The free concert is provided through the generosity of Put-in-Bay residents and businesses and is organized by the Put-in-Bay Arts Council.

Fourth Of July Fireworks

Downtown Put-in-Bay
The island business owners and friends of the Bay will sponsor a fireworks program at dark. Fireworks will be over the downtown harbor. Great view from the memorial and surrounding lawn. Bring a chair or a blanket.
