About Dan:
Dan Fester grew up in Chardon in Northeast Ohio. At age 8 he picked up his first guitar, and his first performance was in front of his elementary school a year later. He was asked to impersonate Elvis for a school program in 5th grade. This brought about many calls for his impersonation, so from 5th to 7th grade, most of the shows were Elvis shows. He made many appearances at fairs and other events, most notably the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and FOX Channel 8.At age 12, Dan also recorded his first CD, titled "Layin' Trax...From Graceland to the Motor City," which included all his most popular covers. At the end of middle school, Dan recorded his second CD, "Life on 6," which featured tunes written by Dan himself, as well as a few good covers. Dan's sophomore year in high school, he moved to Monroeville, Ohio, with his family. He immediately restarted his solo career, playing at places like Kileys, Friendly Corners, and Shifters. His shows consist of popular '50s, '60s, and '70s music, as well as some hits from today. Word spread and shows started in new venues like Sandhill Winery, Brutus Sports Grill, Park Square, and many others. Dan's list of venues continues to grow! Dan may be young, but you can't tell his age by his ability. He has almost 10 years of experience and it shows!
