Local Band to Let Out a Howl
0 commentsMaybe you've been to one of their concerts or maybe you've only heard their name. Either way, the band Crimson Wolf is letting loose their signature howl throughout the Firelands.
Crimson Wolf, comprised of Jenny McCloskey (lead vocals), Todd Miller (bass guitar and vocals) and Tony Nimrichter (rhythm guitar), formed in 1997. The group got its name from Nimrichter's wife, who loves wolves.
"Tony and I just started jammin' together," Miller said. "Everything just started falling in place."
The band, which also includes additional members Mike D'Andrea (lead guitar and vocals) and John Lindahl (percussion and vocals), has the style of music referred to as 80's "hair" metal.
As for their hopes for the future, the group hopes to put out a CD and have it played on the radio.
